Cancellation Policy
Please contact us at least 24 hours before the event to postpone your booking. Our tours are strictly non-refundable. We will issue vouchers for a future stargazing experience redeemable in Glenworth Valley.
We require a minimum of 20 participants in order to go ahead with the event. A full refund will be issued 48 hours before the tour if we don’t reach the minimum of participants.
In the event of adverse weather conditions affecting the stargazing experience, we will notify you by email at 1 pm on the day and we will issue vouchers for a future stargazing experience at Glenworth Valley.
Strictly no refund will be offered in the event of cancellation due to inclement weather.
